We supply contingent labor to a number of clients we work with every day, some of which are our main supply chain. We manage all recruitment and work alongside training companies and colleges so we are able to offer a place at Fencross once fully trained. We also offer an apprenticeship for people who wish to learn as they work., we cover all of the training costs to provide you with a chance to become more experienced.

RECRUITMENT
Rakshakunj has built strong relationships with our clients due to our professional and adaptable approach and we are highly recognized in the recruitment industry. Preference is given to skills developed in any field who can work preferably.
Almost attention is given to recruitment of our personnel in accordance with stringent parameters laid down as Group’s policy. This includes education, age, physical and mental fitness and previous background. All employees are subjected to vigorous vetting by our internal security Department which is responsible for verification and background check and serious records of each employee.
